We are always happy to provide advice and assistance if you have a technical issues you believe we can help you with. Please note, however, that sharing our expertise can be very time consuming and depending on your issue and it complexity, we reserve the right to charge a fee.

Naturally, we will advise you prior to answering your question(s) if this applies to your specific issue and what the fee would be.

Please use the enquiry form on this page to send us your query. In the comment section, please type in CAPITAL LETTERS: TECHNICAL SUPPORT QUERY.

Then please describe your issue and under what situation/circumstances the issue occurs.

We will endeavour to get back to you within 24 hours (during business hours).

For Existing Shogun Clients:

Please complete the enquiries form as above but also add your VIN Number. Upon verification that the vehicle was purchased through/converted by us, advice to you will be exempt of any fees.
